We have assisted developers and building investors invigorate tired commercial buildings, that have often substantial vacancy, poor tenant profile and need an injection of expertise in order for the owner to make a profitable exit... 

 

This may be in the form of council approval to subdivide or a re-zoning or refubishment program.

 

Our Role

Is as hands on or as small as our client requires.

 

(1)  We have acquired sites under option and others with delayed settlement with a right to lodge DA to help our client manage risk. 

 

(2) Design Development

We literally have sold hundreds of small lots, we know what business users want (and what they do not want to pay for)

 

(3) Consents

We manage the approval process from negotiating with council to the bureaucratic mine-field of quasi government authorities. 

 

(4) Finishing and furnishings

We assist with the texture and tactile so the premises feel and look new,  fitouts that create premium impression whilst remaining within budget. 

 

(5) Sales, leasing and Mangement from inception of the sales strategy to selling the final suite we have runs on the board.
