ABOUT PAUL SALTER ASSOCIATES

Paul Salter Associates (PSA) was incorporated in 2001 with the principal Paul Salter having practiced in the Commercial Property industry since graduating. Paul initially worked as a leasing agent but subsequently has been in a variety of roles that have provided practical insights in design & planning, sales, leasing and property management. In his spare time you can find him dominating the pickle ball courts, spending time at the beach with family or in the garden.

Since March 2021, PSA has seen a the addition of Adesh Soni as a Property executive. He can assist you with taking your property through the complete cycle from acquisition, management, leasing, refurbishment and finally to sale. Through his attention to detail and logical collaborative approach, Adesh looks forward to meeting your property goals at whatever stage of the journey you are at. On the weekend will find him watching sport or playing cricket and reading a book.
