Acquisition and Development Advice

Helped acquire a set of 3 shops in Charlestown, NSW with additional experience in industrial properties in Heatherbrae and Thornton.

Rent Review Negotiations

Acquired with under 2 years left on the lease and slightly under rented. We were able to market analysis bring this industrial propety in Thornton up to market. Increasing the rent significantly for a futher 5 years after the intial lease expired.

Property Management

Through maintaining excellent tenant relationship we have been able to extend leases and create strong tenancy mix. Whilst also upholding building maintenance standards tailored to this office building in Lindfield

Sales and Leasing

From the point of acquisition, we have through active management extended the lease of a key High Street Penrith property. This success in conjunction with navigating the eventual make good allowed us to sell the property above valuation at auction to an owner occupier.

Tailored Solutions

With the major tenant vacating,  PSA coodinated the subdivision, fit out and creation of new tenancies of an office building in Parramatta. We followed through by leasing each new tenancy.
